Terms of Service

These terms cover this website, the interactive demos on it, and the applications it links to. Short, readable, and without traps.

Last updated: July 29, 2026

The short version: this is the portfolio site of an independent studio. The demos are free to try and provided as-is. The client applications are private and require an invitation. Everything I built here is mine; feel free to be inspired, not to copy it wholesale.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Randall Rodríguez, doing business as RandyCode Studio, an independent one-person studio based in North Carolina, United States. There is no company entity behind it — it is a sole proprietor. Contact: hello@randycodestudio.com

2. What this site is

A portfolio and a point of contact. It describes software I have built, and it includes a few working demos so you can see real behavior instead of screenshots.

Nothing here is an offer of employment, a binding quote, or a guarantee of availability. If we do work together, that gets its own written agreement.

3. The demos

The interactive pieces — the theme engine, the VIN decoder, the “Interview my AI team” chat, and any audio samples — exist to demonstrate capability. Which means:

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information about other people into any demo or the contact form.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not:

Good-faith security research is welcome. Report what you find to hello@randycodestudio.com before disclosing it anywhere else, and I will work with you.

5. The private applications

Some products shown here — the private investigator toolkit, the internal learning portal, and client platforms — are access-controlled by design. Access is granted to an explicit list of approved accounts and is not available on request.

Attempting to sign in without authorization simply reaches a “not authorized” page. No account is created and nothing is stored beyond a message you choose to send. Those platforms are governed by separate agreements with their owners.

6. Intellectual property

The design, code, copy, logo, and visual identity of this site are my work and remain my property. The products described are either mine or built under agreement with the client who owns them.

You may read the page source, learn from it, and be inspired by it. Please do not republish it as your own, copy the site wholesale, or use the RandyCode Studio name or logo to represent yourself or your work.

Client names and marks that appear here (for example Apple Cleaning Systems) belong to those clients and are shown with permission.

7. Third-party services

This site relies on services I do not control: Google Fonts for typefaces, Anthropic for the AI chat, the U.S. NHTSA public API for vehicle data, Google Firebase for application sign-in, and Apple iCloud for email. Their behavior and their own terms apply to their part of the chain. What they receive is listed in the Privacy Policy.

8. No warranty

This site and its demos are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of this site or its demos.

This is a free portfolio site. If something here causes you a problem, tell me and I will fix it — but the practical limit of my liability is the amount you paid to use it, which is nothing.

10. Links out

Links to other sites are provided for reference. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top will change when I do, and material changes will be described rather than quietly edited in. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
