Privacy Policy

Written in plain language, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody. This describes exactly what happens to your data on this site and in the apps behind it.

Last updated: July 29, 2026

The short version: there is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to. The only personal data collected is what you type into the contact form, and it goes to one inbox: mine.

Who is responsible

This site and the products described on it are operated by Randall Rodríguez, doing business as RandyCode Studio, an independent one-person studio based in North Carolina, United States.

What is collected, and when

Nothing is collected simply by visiting a page. Data is only involved when you actively use one of these features:

Feature What is collected Where it goes
Contact form Name (optional), email address, your message, your IP address, and a timestamp Stored on my own private server and emailed to hello@randycodestudio.com
“Interview my AI team” chat The question you type Sent to Anthropic’s API to generate the answer. Not stored by me — it is not written to any file or database
VIN decoder demo The VIN you enter Sent from your browser to the U.S. NHTSA public vPIC API. No personal data, and I never see it
Abuse protection Your IP address, held temporarily in server memory Used only to count requests and enforce rate limits. Cleared automatically

Why I keep an IP address with contact messages

Only to stop abuse — spam floods and automated submissions. It is not used to profile you, is never sold or shared, and is not linked to anything else.

Third parties that can see something

Being honest about this matters more than looking clean:

There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising or data-broker integration of any kind.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Nothing about you is stored in your browser by this site.

The client applications

Some products shown here — such as the private investigator toolkit and the internal learning portal — are access-controlled and not open to the public. They sign in with Google (via Firebase Authentication), which means Google handles the sign-in and I receive only the email address of an approved account.

Those platforms operate under separate agreements with their owners, and their data belongs to those clients — not to this site. If you reach a “not authorized” page there, no account was created and nothing was stored beyond an optional message you chose to send.

How long data is kept

Your rights

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, the answer here is the same: email me and I will do it. No forms, no verification maze.

Write to hello@randycodestudio.com. I answer in English or Spanish.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact submissions travel encrypted and are stored on a private server I control directly. Credentials for the applications are encrypted at rest, and access to the client platforms is restricted to an explicit list of approved accounts.

No system is perfect and I will not pretend otherwise. If you find a security problem, tell me at hello@randycodestudio.com and I will treat it as urgent.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and professional contacts. It is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
